This Privacy Policy explains how Gym Assist treats your information. Because Gym Assist is engineered as a privacy-first, offline-first application, we do not operate user accounts, central registration servers, or cloud analytics databases that harvest your private training logs.

Gym Assist does not require account creation, social login, or email registration to use. All application data is stored locally on your mobile device via secure HTML5 localStorage and IndexedDB APIs.

Data stored locally on your device includes:

• Your created workout splits, customized routines, and exercise set/rep logs.
• Personal performance stats (e.g. 1-Rep Max calculations and weight volume totals).
• Gender profile selection (Male, Female, or General profile focus) used solely to tailor exercise split recommendations.
• App preferences such as audio voice cues, haptic feedback toggles, and dark/light UI themes.

Gym Assist offers an optional Automatic GPS Gym Attendance & Streak Tracker feature. If enabled, the app requests high-accuracy device location access (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION).

How location data is used:

• Local Geofence Comparison: When you set a gym location in the app, coordinates (latitude/longitude) are saved on your phone.
• On-Device Verification: The app periodically checks if your current GPS coordinates fall within the geofenced radius of your gym to automatically log attendance dates and calculate consecutive training streaks.
• Zero Tracking or Storage: GPS coordinates are calculated strictly on-device in real-time. Location history is never sent to any server, trackable endpoint, or third-party service.

Gym Assist offers an optional Lifetime Access upgrade (₹299 one-time purchase) to unlock premium exercise demonstrator guides, unlimited custom split creation, and an ad-free experience.

All transactions are processed securely directly through Google Play Billing (Android In-App Purchases). We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses. Google Play provides us only with an anonymous digital entitlement receipt confirming whether your purchase is active.

Gym Assist is built for pure athletic focus:

• No Third-Party Ad Networks: We do not serve third-party banner ads or interstitial popups that track your browsing behavior.
• No Cross-App Tracking: We do not read device advertising IDs (GAID), device serial numbers, or contact books.
• No Invasive Web Trackers: The application does not embed third-party tracking cookies or social media monitoring scripts.

Since all workout data resides on your physical phone, you retain 100% control over your information at all times:

• Delete Specific Logs: You can delete any workout session, routine template, or logged set directly inside the app in one tap.
• Complete Wipe: Clearing the app's storage in your Android system settings (Settings > Apps > Gym Assist > Clear Storage / Data) will permanently erase all local app data.
• Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling Gym Assist removes all stored workout logs and local configuration settings from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app updates or regulatory compliance. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
